These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the go138 platform and all services provided therein. By registering an account or accessing any go138 service, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use go138 services. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one go138 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonus credits held within them.
go138 supports all major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Misuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture without notice.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
To be eligible to register and maintain an active go138 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
go138 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by go138 support may result in Account suspension pending verification.
Each eligible individual may hold one (1) go138 Account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify go138 promptly of any changes via the support channel.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. go138 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:
go138 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where such access arose from your failure to maintain credential security, unless go138's own systems were the proximate cause of the security breach.
go138 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during your membership at go138's discretion. The purpose of KYC is to confirm your identity, age, and the legitimacy of funds used on the Platform.
When KYC verification is required, you will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
Documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). go138 will process KYC submissions within five (5) business days. Withdrawals are not processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. go138 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to provide complete or accurate KYC documentation in a timely manner.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. go138 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
5.3 Processing Times. Deposits are credited to your go138 Account balance within five (5) minutes of confirmed receipt from your bank or e-wallet provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet payouts (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within two (2) hours for bank transfer payouts, during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). go138 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
5.4 Matching Payment Methods. The payment method used for deposits must match the payment method registered to your go138 Account in your own name. go138 will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.
5.5 go138 Transaction Fees. go138 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility and are outside go138's control.
5.6 Currency. All balances, bets, winnings, and promotional amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). go138 does not accept or process foreign currencies. If funds are sent in a foreign currency, they will be declined and returned to the originating account.
6.1 General. go138 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day. The specific terms, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible games for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Failure to complete wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Credits and any associated winnings.
6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the go138 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of stakes placed. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely. The contribution rate for each game category is specified on the relevant promotion page.
6.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available once per Member per promotional period unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts or coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse under Clause 8 and may result in forfeiture and account closure.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. go138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already claimed it, go138's liability is limited to honouring the bonus under the terms that applied at the time of the claim.
7.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on go138 are subject to the specific rules published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform for each sport and market type. In the event of a discrepancy between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule prevails. go138 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where, in go138's reasonable judgment, the integrity of the event has been compromised, or where the bet was accepted at an obviously erroneous price.
7.2 Live Betting. In-play / live bets are accepted at go138's discretion. go138 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted during a market suspension period will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Balance.
7.3 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot games on the go138 Platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. go138 is not responsible for software malfunctions in third-party game software, but will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes in the Member's favour where a verifiable software error is identified.
7.4 Poker Tournaments. Poker Tournament rules, blind structures, prize pool distributions, and late-registration policies are published within the Poker Tournament section of the Platform. go138 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tournaments due to insufficient player numbers or technical issues, in which case all entry fees will be refunded to Members' Balances in full.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. go138 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per account. Current maximum payout limits are available on request from go138 support and may be updated periodically without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the go138 Platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Credits, and permanent ban without appeal:
All content on the go138 Platform — including but not limited to the go138 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of go138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

go138 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a go138 Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.
go138 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet is unconditionally secure, and go138 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to the Platform.
go138 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game software providers) strictly to the extent necessary to deliver go138's services, and only under contractual data-protection obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, go138's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their go138 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit go138's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your go138 Account at any time by contacting go138 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, go138 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money Balance (subject to KYC completion and applicable wagering requirements) within five (5) business days. Bonus Credits are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon Account closure.
12.2 Suspension by go138. go138 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time and without prior notice where go138 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.3 Permanent Closure by go138. Upon conclusion of any investigation confirming a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, go138 may permanently close the Account. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or money laundering, go138 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance without compensation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.
12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure for any reason, your licence to access the go138 Platform is immediately revoked. Any outstanding bets or game rounds in progress at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game and betting rules.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as applied by go138's licensing jurisdiction. go138 operates under an internationally issued gaming licence and is licensed and regulated internationally.
By accessing the go138 Platform, you acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you. go138 does not represent or warrant that the Services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is restricted is at the Member's own risk and discretion.
Any dispute between a Member and go138 that cannot be resolved through go138's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. go138's internal complaints procedure requires all disputes to be submitted in writing to [email protected] in the first instance, with go138 undertaking to provide a written response within ten (10) business days.
go138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, go138 will provide notice to registered Members via the email address on file with your Account no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the go138 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect by contacting [email protected].
